NOTICE OF INTENDED PLANNING RESPONSE UNDER DELEGATED POWERS
Notice is hereby given that Halse Parish Council will be formulating its official corporate response to the planning application detailed below.
In accordance with Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 and the Council’s adopted Planning Scheme of Delegation, the official corporate response to this application will be formulated electronically by Councillors and submitted by the Parish Clerk. This process is utilised to meet strict statutory deadlines imposed by the Planning Authority that fall outside the regular meeting schedule.

NEXT STEPS and AUDIT TRAIL
Following the compilation of councillor feedback, the final response submitted by the Clerk will be formally listed on the agenda and ratified at the next ordinary meeting of the Full Council on 16 September 2026 where it will be entered into the public minutes.
